Job Description

We are seeking a talented and collaborative Senior DC Channel Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team in London. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering and optimising integrated marketing strategies that support our Defined Contribution (DC) channel. Working closely with a wide range of internal stakeholders, you will help bring campaigns to life, strengthen client engagement and contribute to achieving commercial objectives.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading end-to-end planning and delivery of integrated DC marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Collaborating with PR, brand, digital, content and events teams to deliver impactful marketing activity
  • Translating business strategy into insight-led marketing plans aligned to commercial goals
  • Developing and maintaining high-quality marketing materials including presentations, brochures and web content
  • Managing client communications cycles and coordinating outputs across key stakeholders
  • Monitoring campaign budgets and ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
  • Analysing campaign performance and providing data-driven recommendations for optimisation
  • Conducting competitor and market analysis to inform positioning and support strategic decisions

Who we’re looking for

  • Experience in asset management or financial services marketing, ideally within a DC or institutional environment
  • Strong track record of campaign ownership and multi-channel delivery
  • Confidence engaging and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and commercial writing skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
  • Proven organisational and project management skills with high attention to detail
  • Understanding of digital marketing and regulatory considerations within financial services
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with a genuine interest in investment market
