Marketing and Recruitment Campaigns Officer – Police Staff

We’re looking for a creative marketing specialist with the flair to create campaigns to support our local priorities, as well as attract first-rate police officers and staff to help us protect the communities of Nottinghamshire.

Job details

Salary £39,276 to £41,487 per annum (pro-rata if part time)

As part of the communications team, you will be a compelling storyteller who creates and runs creative campaigns to keep communities safe and attract talented people who uphold our values.

Responsibilities

  • Devises and runs creative marketing campaigns across multiple channels in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
  • Engages with local audiences to promote Nottinghamshire Police’s service and values.
  • Supports diversity, equality and inclusion by ensuring campaigns reach people from all communities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Strong storytelling, digital and social media skills.
  • Passion for public safety and ability to promote community values.

Vetting & Security

Vetting Level – Management – you must have resided in the UK for at least the last 5 years, with less than 12 months spent abroad (some exceptions for those living on a UK military base).
