Facilities Operations Coordinator

JLL is seeking an Operations Coordinator for our Westquay site in Hampshire. You will support the Operations Manager to plan, coordinate and deliver minor works, liaising with surveyors and service partners to minimise disruption to occupiers.

You will build occupier relationships, manage project trackers, ensure KPI delivery under the MSA, and drive operational excellence across on-site administration and building management systems.
