This is a unique opportunity to specialise in Buy‑to‑Let valuations within a supportive in‑house team, offering flexibility, inclusivity, and tailored development to help you grow your career.

What You’ll Do

• Carry out residential investment property valuations in line with RICS Red Book and company criteria.
• Manage valuation flow and panel surveyor relationships in your region.
• Provide expert property advice and support broader business lines, including HMOs and multi‑unit blocks.
• Stay ahead of local market trends, including Development Finance.

About You

• Fully qualified (AssocRICS / MRICS / FRICS) with post‑qualification experience.
• Professional, reliable, and passionate about delivering high‑quality valuations.
• Based in or close to required location.
