Head of Compliance

We are working with an exciting and dynamic European Fintech who are expanding their operations into the UK. The Group have been making waves in the delivery of their Investment Platform, connecting Unique and Innovative Startups to Investors.

The team are looking for a talented Head of Compliance to join their London Office, and get stuck in to the build up and build out of their compliance function.

Key Requirements:

• Broad hands‑on Compliance experience within a start-up environment, with experience building compliance frameworks from scratch.
• Strong licensing experience in crowding funding/retail investment platform space.
• Experience working with both the UK and US Regulatory Space.

This is a permanent role, based in London.
