Job Title: Private Equity Associate/Senior Associate – Elite City law firm
Salary: £150,000-£190,000
PQE Level: 3-8 PQE

Our longstanding client, an elite City law firm, is looking to recruit an ambitious Private Equity Associate or Senior Associate into their highly ranked and expanding team.
Responsibilities
You will advise on private M&A for PE funds and PE-backed companies and equity arrangements.
Qualifications
Qualified solicitor with 3–8 PQE, currently working within a dedicated PE team at a UK law firm, with experience leading PE deals for fund investor clients.
