Site Manager – Permanent Full‑Time

Join a well‑established landscaping contractor as a Site Manager and lead high‑quality site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage landscaping and groundworks projects from start to finish
• Lead, supervise, and motivate site teams
• Read and interpret scaled drawings and set out works accurately
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard within deadlines
• Maintain clear communication with clients and company directors
• Keep accurate daily records and provide progress updates
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
• Strong knowledge of groundworks and setting out, paving (natural stone, porcelain, concrete), brickwork, turfing (real & artificial), driveways, fencing, sleeper work, and timber structures
• Skilled machine operator
• Ability to lead teams and work independently
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Experience in resin‑bound surfacing is advantageous but not essential
