Hootsuite Implementation Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Hootsuite Implementation Manager to own the client relationship and oversee delivery of new client implementations. This role combines client-facing consultancy, project management, and quality oversight, working closely with Implementation Specialists who deliver the hands‑on configuration. The responsibility is to ensure implementations are delivered on time, to scope, and with a high-quality client experience.

What You Will Do

Client Management & Discovery

• Act as the primary point of contact for new implementation clients
• Lead requirements review meetings to confirm client needs, objectives, and scope
• Translate business requirements into clear delivery briefs for implementation specialists

Project Management

• Own the end‑to‑end implementation plan, timelines, and milestones
• Coordinate and oversee one or more Implementation Specialists
• Manage risks, scope control, and client expectations
• Ensure implementations are delivered on time and to agreed standards

Oversight & Quality Assurance

• Review and sign off on query builds, channel setups, dashboards, and reports
• Ensure consistency and best practice across all client implementations

Training & Enablement

• Deliver or coordinate client training, including webinar-style training and tailored 1:1 training sessions
• Ensure clients are confident and ready for handover post‑implementation

Requirements

• Fluent, professional‑level English (written and spoken)
• Proven experience configuring and working in Hootsuite
• Strong experience delivering Hootsuite implementations in a client-facing role
• Proven project management experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple implementations and delivery resources concurrently
• Comfortable overseeing technical delivery without necessarily doing all configuration yourself
• Hootsuite certification(s)
• Experience managing delivery teams or freelancers
• Familiarity with implementation frameworks, SLAs, and onboarding playbooks
