Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close
- Conduct meetings (virtual and face-to-face) with decision-makers
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions
- Maintain an active pipeline and accurate CRM records
- Consistently achieve and exceed targets
About You
- Proven experience in a B2B or B2C sales role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Highly self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Confident building relationships at all levels
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own territory
- Full UK driving licence preferred
