Thispositionwillplayakeyroleinmanagingthetechnicaldeliveryofmechanicalbuildingservicespackagesfromdesigncoordinationthroughtocommissioningandhandover,ensuringallworksaredeliveredinlinewithprogramme,specificationandclientexpectations.
Workingcloselywithprojectteams,consultantsandsubcontractors,thesuccessfulcandidatewilloverseetechnicalcoordination,designmanagementandinstallationcomplianceacrossthefullprojectlifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Managetechnicaldeliveryofmechanicalbuildingservicespackages
- Coordinatedesign,subcontractorandconsultantinformation
- Reviewdrawings,specificationsandtechnicalsubmissions
- Supportinstallationteamsthroughtechnicalproblemsolvingandcoordination
- Managecommissioningactivitiesandsystemhandovers
- Ensurecompliancewithprojectspecifications,regulationsandqualitystandards
- Attenddesignandcoordinationmeetingswithinternalandexternalstakeholders
- Supportprogrammedeliverythroughproactivetechnicalmanagement
Candidate Requirements
- ProvenexperienceoperatingasaTechnicalServicesManagerwithintheM&E/BuildingServicessector
- Strongmechanicalbackgroundacrosscommercialorlarge-scaleconstructionprojects
- ExcellentunderstandingofHVAC,publichealthandmechanicalbuildingservicessystems
- Experiencemanagingtechnicalcoordination,commissioningandprojectdelivery
- Strongcommunicationandstakeholdermanagementskills
