Customer Operations Project Manager | CRM | Email Marketing | London (On-site) | Contract

We are partnering with a leading global premium luxury brand to find a Customer Operations Project Manager to drive CRM and customer marketing delivery across email, lifecycle campaigns and one-to-many communications.

This role sits at the heart of marketing execution, ensuring campaigns are delivered seamlessly, on time and to a high standard for iconic fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands.

The Opportunity

  • Own delivery of customer marketing campaigns across email and lifecycle journeys
  • Drive operational excellence across campaign workflows and production
  • Act as the link between marketing, creative and technical teams
  • Oversee external production partners and scale delivery capacity
  • Improve processes, systems and ways of working

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage campaign timelines, dependencies and delivery
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure clarity across briefs, assets and production delivery
  • Identify risks early and keep projects on track
  • Support CRM and Martech project alignment

Requirements

  • Experience in CRM, email marketing or digital campaign project management
  • Strong workflow, delivery and content pipeline experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Highly organised with a proactive mindset
