Integrated Primary Care Mental Health Clinician

NORFOLK AND SUFFOLK NHS FOUNDATION TRUST is seeking a mental health professional to provide assessments and brief interventions in primary care. This role will support individuals presenting with various mental health needs, working collaboratively with GP practice staff to ensure appropriate support is offered.

The position requires effective communication and a passion for promoting recovery and wellbeing within local communities, embedded in multidisciplinary teams to deliver non-urgent mental health services for patients aged 16 and above.
