- Manage, grow and develop a portfolio of accounts across premium Brand Owners.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing and new customers.
- Conduct regular sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations to customers.
- Attend trade shows and networking events when appropriate.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling.
- Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and achieve revenue goals.
Profile
- A proven track record in sales and commercial management within the FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in managing and leading a sales team.
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- A proactive and results‑oriented approach to achieving business goals.
