What Youll Be Doing Leading and inspiring the pastry brigade across the clubs operationsCreating and delivering exceptional desserts, pastries, and seasonal offeringsMaintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistencyManaging ordering, stock control, and kitchen organisationTraining, mentoring, and developing junior pastry chefsCollaborating with senior leadership on menu development and innovation

What Were Looking For Proven experience as aHead Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry Sous Chefwithin luxury hospitality or fine diningStrong technical pastry skills with a refined, modern approachLeadership experience managing high-performing pastry teamsExcellent organisational and communication skillsPassion for creativity, precision, and premium ingredientsCalm and professional under pressure
