Day to day
Every day will bring variety as you collaborate with stakeholders, Solution Architects and our development team to deliver seamless, high performance Salesforce implementations.
- Lead and participate in discovery sessions to understand business processes and requirements
- Gather, document and translate detailed business, functional and technical requirements
- Configure and customise Salesforce Sales, Service and CPQ / Revenue Cloud applications
- Manage vendors, liaise with technical teams and support smooth delivery to end users
- Configure Salesforce and relevant third‑party applications
- Work closely with in‑house developers to design and deliver custom integrations
- Guide clients through best‑practice Salesforce utilisation to enhance efficiency, productivity & profitability

Qualifications
In addition to those core values, as a Revenue Cloud Consultant you should:
- Essential: Salesforce System Administrator Certification
- Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Certification
- CPQ or Revenue Cloud experience (must-have)
- Proven experience implementing across multiple Salesforce Clouds
- Strong consulting and client-facing experience
- Established experience working across multiple Salesforce projects
- Understanding of integrations and API best practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Mixed industry background
Bonus points for:
- Revenue Cloud Accreditation (RCA)
- Experience with CPQ+ and advanced configuration scenarios
