Junior Electrical Engineer – Commercial Office – Fenchurch Street – FM Service Provider – Up to £36,000

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based across London has arisen!

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Junior Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based on a commercial office in Fenchurch Street. The role involves carrying out PPMs and reactive building maintenance to both electrical and mechanical systems on site.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lighting (small installation, fault‑finding, lamination, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control panels
• Changing ballast
• BMS system – monitor (hot & cold)
• Maintain and update log books
• Plumbing – unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors

Requirements:

• Electrically qualified – City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (required)
• Class 18th Edition (required)
• Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi‑skilled
• Good communication skills
• Client‑facing experience

Package:

• Salary up to £36,000
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
• 1 in 4 callout – £120 per week standby allowance
• Bupa Healthcare
• Overtime available
• 25 days holiday
• Pension
