Our client has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential developments across the West Midlands. With a healthy and secured pipeline of schemes over the coming years, this is an exciting opportunity to join the business during a key stage of growth.
This role offers exposure across the full development lifecycle, working closely with Land, Planning and Technical teams within a collaborative and supportive environment. The successful candidate will take ownership of schemes from early feasibility stages through planning, design coordination and into delivery on site, ensuring projects are progressed efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Support the identification and appraisal of new development opportunities
Manage projects from feasibility and concept design through to planning submission
Coordinate external consultants including architects, engineers and planning advisors
Oversee design development to ensure schemes are deliverable and commercially viable
Monitor the construction phase to ensure projects are delivered in line with expectations
Build and maintain strong working relationships with local authorities, stakeholders and delivery partners
About You
The successful candidate will have at least three years’ experience within development, technical or project management, ideally gained within house building, housing associations, consultancy or main contracting.
You will possess strong organisational and communication skills, commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
