Overview We are looking for a highly driven Sales Development Representative to help build and scale our pipeline. This role sits at the intersection of sales&marketing, and is critical in driving growth by identifying and engaging potential customers. This is not a “script-based” SDR role — we are looking for someone who can think, experiment, and create opportunities in a modern B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities He/she has to guarantee a daily number of calls Identify and engage target accounts across defined industries/countries Generate qualified meetings through outbound (LinkedIn, email, calls) and inbound follow-up Research prospects and personalize outreach based on their context Qualify leads and understand customer needs before handing over to sales/presales and able to Handle Techinical objections Manage and maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline accuracy Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging and campaigns Continuously test and optimize outreach strategies
