Regional Sales Manager – RF & Microwave | North UK | Home‑Based

A leading specialist in RF, Microwave & Power technologies is growing its UK sales team and looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across key accounts in the North of England.

If you’re a technical sales pro who loves working with cutting‑edge components and building deep customer relationships, this one will hit the mark.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow a defined Northern UK territory
  • Develop long‑term relationships with engineering and procurement teams
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
  • Collaborate with a highly skilled technical sales and supplier network
  • Consistently deliver on revenue and margin targets

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong background in RF, Microwave, Semiconductors, or Electronic Components
  • Proven technical sales success and confidence in negotiation/closing
  • Ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders
  • Degree in Engineering/Electronics or equivalent experience
  • Willingness to travel + valid UK driving licence
