Junior Account Director – London – £Attractive Package

Overview

We’re looking for an ambitious Junior Account Director to join our client’s growing team and take a leading role supporting one of their largest and most strategically important client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key point of contact for the client and coordinate campaign delivery from concept to execution across multiple internal teams.
• Manage campaign data, timelines and reporting to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Identify opportunities to add value to the account and drive growth.
• Oversee complex mailing schedules and support targeted communications and outreach campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance, work with data sets and segmentation strategies, and deliver insightful reports.
• Support commercial management of the account, including invoicing and reporting.
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage stakeholder communication at all levels.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in account management, client services, project management or marketing, especially within print, mailing or campaign‑driven environments.
• Strong organisational and proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective stakeholder communication and a strong sense of ownership.
• Detail‑oriented with a passion for delivering results.
• Ability to build relationships, interpret data, manage timelines and deliver outstanding service.
