You will carry out day-to-day account execution and administration and should be a capable and confident operator who has a solid, but still developing understanding of the required basic media, along with strong communication skills. You are aware of the media tools available to create required media coverage in all PR areas.

Working as part of a team to implement and execute exciting and creative PR strategies and plans, with a particular focus on the interesting work our cyber security clients are doing Own an understanding of your clients, including products and services, competition, marketplace, and business model and sharing that insight when communicating with them A creative spark: Identify and brainstorm creative ideas (big and small) to get our clients noticed News guru: Consuming a wide mix of media (newspapers, broadcast, social media platforms, trade publication, lifestyle) to identify fresh media opportunities for your clients Media outreach to secure coverage for press releases as well as wider press office opportunities (commentary, bylines, profiles) Pitching pro: supporting your colleagues in developing and presenting new business pitches to companies you, and we, want to work with Build strong connections with colleagues, clients, partners and the media Support the wider account team’s media relations activity by maintaining coverage and metrics trackers, as well as updating media lists and databases You’ve got one year’s solid experience working in PR, whether in an agency or in-house role and internships Good interpersonal and communication skills, including writing skills PR agency life can be fast-paced with shifting priorities A creative and curious mindset A news hound with an interest in technology, especially current affairs and business issues Desire for a long-term role within a fast-paced PR agency Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required…
