The Role
- Teach Music across a specialist SEN setting.
- Plan and deliver engaging, practical and accessible Music lessons.
- Support pupils with a range of needs, including ASD, communication needs and complex learning needs.
- Use music to promote confidence, social interaction and emotional expression.
- Work closely with experienced Teachers, Teaching Assistants and therapy teams.
- Adapt lessons to meet individual pupil needs and EHCP targets.
- Create a calm, nurturing and positive learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate
- UK QTS.
- Experience teaching Music in Primary, Secondary or SEN settings.

- A strong desire to support pupils with additional needs.
- Previous SEN experience is desirable, but not essential.
