Job Description:

Total package: Up to £60,364 – £73,808 per annum (7 bed children’s home)

PLUS 30% bonus accrued each year

About the Role

Working in our Children’s Homes means being part of a young person’s day to day life. As a Registered Manager you will ensure the home environment supports the young people by making staff and young people feel secure, safe and motivated. You will manage day to day operations and take ownership of Ofsted requirements, enabling young people to regain their childhood and create pathways to adulthood.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: Base salary of 6-7 bed – £51,331 – £63,553
  • Bonuses: 10% of salary reviewed annually, £2,500 on call bonus (approx. 10 weekends per year) and Attendance allowance £1,400
  • Long‑term incentive plan – a bonus of 30% of salary accrued each year and paid as a future lump sum
  • Training: Full 4‑week induction on our Care Academy
  • Holiday: 7 weeks’ holiday

What We Need From You

  • Experience managing an Ofsted rated Good or Outstanding children’s home
  • A committed and enthusiastic leader with a passion to make a difference
  • Level 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
  • Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
