We’re supporting a consultancy that specialises in business and digital transformation, known for fostering strong relationships while designing and delivering large-scale, complex transformations worldwide.

We’re looking for somebody to lead the end-to-end process mapping, impact assessment, and change design for the implementation of the Adobe technology stack within a retail marketing function. The role will ensure that Adobe capabilities are embedded effectively by redesigning processes, clarifying roles and decision-making, and supporting the transition for people and teams impacted by the change.

Tasks

  • Lead the end-to-end mapping of As-Is and To-Be processes across the retail marketing value chain (e.g. content supply chain, campaign orchestration, personalisation, insight, measurement)
  • Assess the impact of Adobe technologies on existing processes, including changes to ways of working, governance, and performance measures

Requirements

  • An independent consultant

  • Comfortable operating at Principal / senior leadership level, influencing both business and technology stakeholders
