Location & Work Mode

This role is hybrid, based in Kidderminster, with an expectation to attend the office once or twice per fortnight.

About the role

Day‑to‑day, you will: set the marketing direction for Eploy, work with product marketing, digital marketing, events and specialist teams to deliver a joined‑up plan; turn market insight, customer feedback and competitor research into campaigns that build demand and support sales growth; track performance across the full funnel, from awareness through to revenue, and share clear, regular updates with senior leaders; lead the marketing work within Eploy’s mergers and acquisitions integration, covering the website, marketing technology, reporting and campaigns.

Skills and Experiences

  • Experience building demand and generating leads with mid‑to‑large organisations.
  • Confidence using data and metrics to plan, forecast and show return on marketing spend.
  • Understanding of solution‑based and product marketing within a software or technology environment.
  • Experience working in a matrix structure, influencing stakeholders at different levels and across different teams.

Candidate Profile

You’re a senior marketer who enjoys building clear plans and seeing them turn into real results. You like working closely with sales and product teams and you’re comfortable taking ownership of a full marketing strategy, from big‑picture thinking through to day‑to‑day delivery. You’re curious about how HR technology is changing and motivated by the chance to grow a product within a fast‑moving software business.
