Fresh vision. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you’ll work with some of our most valued customers, helping them grow with Freshworks while building long-term, trusted partnerships.Grow key accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and renewals, consistently surpassing revenue goals while delivering meaningful impact for customers.– Build trust with executives by addressing critical challenges and positioning Freshworks as a partner that drives measurable business results.– Execute the Sales Process : Lead complex sales cycles end-to-end, securing strategic wins and fostering long-term partnerships.– Champion collaboration across teams to uncover opportunities, strengthen retention, and expand customer success.– Travel, as required, to connect in person, foster relationships, and represent Freshworks with purpose.
5+ years of experience in SaaS or solution-based sales, account management, or customer-facing roles with track record of success in an aligned territory.– Consultative approach : experience working with enterprise customers, including senior leaders, exceeding goals, with a focus on long-term value creation.– Domain knowledge : exposure to CRM, EX, CX, or ITSM solutions is a plus.
