Advanced Supported Living Manager
Nottinghamshire / Mansfield | £35,000 – £40,000 DOE | Full Time | Permanent
The Role
- Lead and develop small support teams
- Oversee person‑centred care and support delivery
- Implement risk assessments, support plans and PBS strategies
- Support adults with autism and behaviours that challenge
- Ensure compliance, quality and positive outcomes across services
- Work closely with health professionals, MDTs and families
- Participate in on‑call duties and regional support
Requirements
- Experience managing or supervising Supported Living services
- Strong background supporting adults with autism and complex needs
- Experience managing behaviours that challenge
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- QCF/RQF Level 3 in Health & Social Care minimum
- Full UK driving licence essentialDesirable
- Forensic or high‑risk service experience
- Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) experience
- Level 5 qualification or willingness to work towards
