Water Infrastructure Design Lead – Hybrid

Carrington West is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead innovative water infrastructure projects in the UK. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and oversee the delivery of technical design work while ensuring high-quality standards. This hybrid role allows working three days per week in the office or on site, providing flexibility and a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will have a civil engineering degree, preferable chartered status, and significant experience in the Water market, along with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
