Clinical Program Director

I have an exciting opportunity to join a clinical-stage respiratory biotech at a pivotal stage of growth and pipeline expansion.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Program Director to lead strategic and operational delivery across global Phase 2 and early-phase clinical programs in respiratory disease.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end clinical strategy and execution for global Phase 2 studies
• Drive clinical development planning, study sequencing, and delivery accountability
• Oversee CRO strategy, governance, and vendor performance
• Partner cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Medical, Regulatory, and external stakeholders
• Support protocol development and program-level decision-making
• Contribute to advancement of programs in NCFB, CF, COPD, and viral challenge studies

Experience

• Proven ownership of Phase 2/3 global clinical studies from protocol through DBL
• Experience in small biotech and lean clinical development environments
• Background in respiratory or inflammatory diseases preferred
• Prior experience in both biotech/Pharma and CRO settings highly valued
