The role:
Reporting to the CFO, you’ll act as a key commercial partner across the pharmacy network, providing insight, challenging performance, and supporting growth across both NHS and private income streams.
What you’ll be doing:
- Partnering with Area & Pharmacy Managers to drive decision-making
- Leading budgeting & forecasting
- Analysing revenue streams and performance vs budget
- Developing KPIs and improving branch profitability
- Supporting commercial initiatives and financial modelling
- Delivering clear, actionable insights to senior leadership
About you:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Strong background in Business Partnering / FP&A / Commercial Finance
- Advanced Excel and modelling skills
- Confident communicator with strong commercial acumen
