Job Description:

The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction. This role is responsible for building and nurturing strong, long-lasting customer relationships, overseeing account management activities, and negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profitability. The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and maintaining high standards of client engagement within the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the lead point of contact for all matters related to assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, enduring customer relationships.
  • Oversee customer account management, including contract negotiation and agreement execution.
  • Maximize profit through effective account strategies and negotiations.
  • Ensure client needs are met with timely and professional solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored services and support.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management or a related client-facing role.
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience working within the EMEA region.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific account management practices.
  • Demonstrated success in maximizing account profitability.
  • Multilingual abilities relevant to the EMEA market.
