Field Training Engineer

Job Title: Field Service Engineer Overview:We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team, working on forestry and plant equipment. Based at our LLandovery workshop, with site work throughout the UK and Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, general maintenance and servicing, for our customers. Machine preparation, carried out at our workshop. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, working with the UK agent for several large manufactures of Forestry and Plant equipment. Duties:– Service and repair machinery and equipment at customer sites– Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions– Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance procedures– Document service activities, including reports and service records Skills:– Ideally with a minimum of 5 years experience working on agricultural or plant equipment.– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail– Ability to work independently and as part of a team– Good communication skills with a customer-oriented approach– Full UK driving licence required Training would be provided on all products Job Type: Full-time Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week Benefits:* Company pensionSchedule:* Monday to Friday* Overtime* Weekend availability Work Location: Hybrid remote in Llandovery, SA20 0EL…
