Job Description We are looking for someone who can confidently lead data migration, API integrations, cloud environment readiness and end-to-end project coordination across IT, operations, security and third-party vendors. You will play a central role in ensuring compliance with UK Government security requirements while delivering a stable, fully integrated Azure-hosted CAFM environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end migration of CAFM environments from Denmark-hosted infrastructure into a UK Azure cloud environment, aligned with ISS and UK Government security frameworks. Define and own the technical migration plan, including lift-and-shift, re-platforming or re-architecting activities. Manage and validate the configuration of the new UK CAFM environment, including workflows, classifications, workgroups, calendars, reports and security roles. Lead the design, documentation and testing of API integrations with client CAFM systems, ISS Maximo, and other internal or third-party systems. Oversee data extraction, cleansing, transformation, loading and validation across controlled migration waves. Coordinate Azure environment readiness, ensuring compliance with UK Gov and ISS security requirements and supporting accreditation processes. Maintain a full migration project plan including risks, issues, dependencies and RAID governance, ensuring alignment between IT, operations, vendors and client stakeholders. Lead operational readiness including UAT coordination, cutover planning, service transition documentation and establishment of KPIs, SLAs, monitoring and maintenance processes. Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Technical Proven experience delivering CAFM migrations or implementing CAFM platforms such as Concept, Maximo or Tririga. Strong understanding of Azure cloud hosting, security and infrastructure design. Expertise in API integrations, REST standards, authentication and data mapping. Ability to interpret FM operational processes and convert them into digital workflows. Project & Delivery Experience managing multi-workstream digital transformation projects. Proven ability to deliver cross-border migration activity with multiple stakeholders. Strong documentation skills across project plans, configuration, testing and API specifications. Data High competency in data analysis and complex dataset transformation. Experience with asset, location and request-class data structures. Personal Excellent communication and senior-stakeholder engagement skills. Analytical, proactive and resilient under pressure. Able to work independently within a collaborative delivery environment.
