What this role actually isYoure not just working a section.Youre part of a team that keeps service flowing and standards high, even when its busy.From first orders through to the end of the night, the expectation is simple: consistent food, quick service, and no drop in quality.
What youll be doingpreparing and cooking menu items to speckeeping food quality, presentation and portioning consistentworking efficiently during busy service to keep tickets movingcommunicating clearly with the kitchen and front-of-housekeeping your section clean, organised and ready to gofollowing food safety and hygiene procedures at all times
What were looking forsome experience in a kitchen environment preferredworks well in a fast-paced settingreliable and consistentpositive, team-focused attitudewilling to learn and develop
