Commercial Property Solicitor
Salary: Circa £50,000 DOE
Location: Chatham
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are working with a well-established law firm who are looking to add a Commercial Property Solicitor to their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive environment handling a varied commercial property caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of commercial property matters
- Drafting and negotiating leases
- Handling acquisitions, disposals, and landlord & tenant matters
- Liaising with clients and third parties throughout transactions
- Ensuring compliance with firm procedures and regulatory standards
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in commercial property
- Strong lease drafting experience is essential
- Ability to manage your own caseload independently
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
