About the Role
We’re looking for a confident, driven Retail Sales Consultant to represent OPA Living in our Chelsea showroom.
This is more than a sales role — it’s about delivering a luxury experience, guiding customers through their journey, and helping them bring their homes to life.
You’ll be selling high-value, design-led furniture, working with both retail customers and trade clients, while playing a key role in driving showroom performance.

• Deliver a premium, personalised showroom experience
• Build strong relationships with retail and trade clients
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Showcase our collections, fabrics, and configurations with confidence
• Drive sales and consistently achieve targets
• Manage the full customer journey from consultation to purchase
• Follow up leads and maximise conversion opportunities
• Maintain showroom standards in line with a premium brand
• Support influencer visits, content creation, and showroom events
