We are currently looking to recruit a skilled Sous Chef (Savoury) for a busy pie, brunch, and café production kitchen in Wimbledon.This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who has a passion for hearty, comforting food and enjoys working in a structured, daytime-led production environment. You will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the preparation of a range of high-quality savoury items including pies, sausage rolls, stews, brunch components, and bakery pairings, all produced with a strong focus on consistency, flavour, and quality.You will be working in a calm but fast-paced production kitchen, supporting both savoury bakery and café-style operations.

The PersonThe successful Sous Chef (Savoury) will have the following:Previous experience as a Sous Chef, CDP, or prep chef in a savoury-focused kitchenStrong skills in pastry, fillings, stews, batch cooking, and brunch-style preparationExperience working with bakery or café-style food (pies, sausage rolls, brunch dishes preferred)Ability to work efficiently and maintain high standards in a production environmentStrong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organisationReliable, positive attitude with a strong work ethicPassion for classic British comfort food and baked savoury productsAbility to work well both independently and as part of a teamFull right to work in the UKIf you are a dependable, food-focused chef looking for a stable kitchen role with great hours, strong pay, and a supportive team in Wimbledon, apply today!…
