The In‑House Construction Solicitor will be:
- Drafting & negotiating construction and general commercial agreements
- Advising stakeholders on NEC and JCT terms
- Preparing and securing collateral warranties
- Drafting, negotiating and completing bond documentation
- Managing initial stages of litigious matters and instructing/managing external panel firms
Profile
The In‑House Construction Solicitor should be:
- A solicitor or equivalent with minimum 2 PQE in construction law
- Experience of both contentious and non-contentious matters (ideal)
- Well‑versed in NEC, JCT and bond documents
- Confident managing external counsel and advising non‑legal stakeholders
