Bms Service Engineer

Independent Building Controls Company. We design and install integrated building control systems for controlling HVAC systems, lighting, door access and CCTV. We offer energy management services and provide a full after sales support service.

Due to growth, we are currently looking to employ a service Engineer based in the NW but prepared to work throughout the UK.

Applicants must possess the following skills:

• Be able to work unsupervised and prioritise their workload
• Be IT literate
• Good understanding and knowledge of control systems.
• Possess a good electrical background
• Have Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to Liaise with customers and communicate well at all levels (including dealing with clients etc.)
• A full driving licence is required
• Ideally be able to demonstrate a proven track record in 2 of the following systems – TREND, TAC, ANDOVER/CONTINUUM, SCHNEIDER EBO, PRIVA, CYLON

Duties to include:

• Scheduled PPM BMS servicing visits
• Compile detailed reports highlighting any remedial items or recommendations
• Remedial works (Controller upgrades, panel modifications, software modifications etc)
• Small Project Works (New panel installation and Commissioning)
