The Opportunity

We are supporting a global consultancy business seeking an Interim Head of Legal to provide senior legal leadership over a 6-7 month period.

This is a trusted‑advisor role, operating at partner and executive level to ensure the business continues to move at pace with disciplined risk management, sound commercial judgement and strong governance.

Key Focus Areas

• Advising Partners and senior leadership on client risk, disputes and strategic issues.
• Oversight of global contracting activity.
• Leading on risk, governance, conflicts and data protection matters.
• Supporting LLP governance and strengthening legal and risk playbooks.
• Managing external counsel.

Ideal Background

• Senior in‑house lawyer from professional services, strategy consulting, LLP or PE‑backed environments.
• Strong judgement, autonomy and credibility with senior stakeholders.
• Interest in governance, institutionalisation and improving how legal supports the business.
