Working Arrangement

Dynamic (hybrid) working: 2-3 days per week on-site due to workload classification

Security Clearance

British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. All successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS) after offer.

Responsibilities

Define and apply agile methods and processes, support tools, and coach and transform the way of working for the teams managing different projects.

Manage project lifecycle with proven IT project management and knowledge of AI technologies.

Engage stakeholders and structure each initiative with clear scope, cost, timeline, and resource estimates for successful deliveries.

What we’re looking for from you

• Proven experience in IT project management and/or business analysis roles.
• Strong understanding of industrial customer support environments.
• Experience framing and estimating AI and digital innovation projects.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Structured, autonomous, and delivery-oriented mindset.
• Proven experience in agile and/or hybrid project environments.
• Proven experience with tools for agile transformation.
• Proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent.
• Background in AI or data‑driven initiatives.
• Proven experience/information or references regarding agile transformation and coaching.
