We have been retained by one of the largest Construction & Engineering surveying businesses in the UK to appoint a Sales & Marketing Director to lead and develop the company’s commercial function. The business has 250+ employees across multiple offices , strong organic growth and private equity backing to support further expansion.
This role is about building a more structured, scalable commercial engine to support the next phase of growth.
Sales leadership and team development arket trends and conducting competitor analysis, you will develop and implement sales strategies. Key account growth and Account-Based Marketing Bid and tender performance CRM, pipeline management and commercial reporting Supporting key opportunities and strategic accounts.
