We are working with a highly regarded, international professional services organisation with a strong reputation who, due to continued growth, are looking for an experienced Wills & Probate Solicitor to join their established and collaborative team!
What you’ll be doing:
You will join a supportive team and handle a broad and high-quality caseload, including:
- Drafting Wills and advising on estate planning strategies
- Administration of estates, including complex and high-value matters
- Probate applications and inheritance tax considerations
- Advising executors, trustees, and beneficiaries
- Working on trust structures and wealth preservation planning
- Supporting clients through sensitive matters with a high level of care and professionalism
What we’re looking for:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years’ PQE
- Strong experience in wills, probate, and estate administration
- Comfortable handling a varied caseload, including more complex matters
- Excellent client care skills, with the ability to manage sensitive situations
- A collaborative mindset and desire to work within a team-oriented environment
