You will support a diversegroup of projects whilst leading financial operations across development andcorporate functions.

Our client is a growingproduction company creating animated films and television content for globalaudiences.
THE ROLE
As the Transactional Head of Finance and Operations, you will work alongside the senior leadership team, providingstrategic financial leadership to support the creative and operational needs ofthe business.
Keyresponsibilities:
- Contribute tolong-term planning, helping shape financial strategy and sustainable growth.
- Support thedevelopment and review of financial models and performance frameworks acrossprojects and business activities.
- Assess and support arange of financing and funding approaches aligned with business needs.
- Oversee financialoperations across ongoing projects, ensuring effective cost management,tracking and reporting.
- Lead and developfinance teams, promoting strong financial discipline and collaboration.
- Manage corecorporate finance activities, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting andcash flow oversight.
- Strengthen financialprocesses and controls, working with internal and external stakeholders tomaintain compliance and improve efficiency.
THE PERSON
You should be astrategic and commercially minded finance professional, with the ability tooperate effectively within a team. Strong attention to detail is essential,alongside the confidence to manage priorities and deliver under pressure.
You will be a clearand effective communicator, able to translate financial information forcreative and non-finance stakeholders. A genuine interest in storytelling andanimation is key.
This role alsooffers the opportunity to grow and progress into a CFO position over time.
