Job Description

An exciting opportunity has opened for a talented Chef De Partie to join the brigade within one of the UK’s most talked-about luxury hotel restaurants.

Set within a stunning 5-star resort, this vibrant restaurant is known for its theatre-style dining experience, featuring live cooking stations and a huge focus on fresh, seasonal produce and international flavours.

As Chef De Partie, you’ll be working across a variety of sections, preparing dishes from scratch in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. The food offering celebrates everything from fresh pasta made daily and premium seafood to robata-style grilling, Asian- and Tandoori-inspired dishes, seasonal salads, and classic Sunday roasts. Many ingredients are sourced directly from the estate’s own kitchen garden.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef who wants to broaden their experience within a large, professional brigade where creativity, quality, and progression are genuinely encouraged.

What’s in it for you?

  • Genuine progression and development opportunities
  • Free parking on site, or a subsidised bus service
  • Assistance with relocation if required
  • Family & friends’ rates
  • Loads of social events planned over the year
  • Free use of the gym & spa

  • What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or strong Demi Chef De Partie
  • Solid fresh food background with strong classical techniques
  • Passion for high-quality ingredients and modern dining experiences
  • Comfortable working within a busy service with high standards
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to develop
  • If you’re looking for a role where no two services are the same and you can develop your skills across multiple styles of cooking within a luxury environment, we’d love to hear from you.

PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL NEED THE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK TO BE SUITABLE FOR THIS ROLE.
