Spire is seeking a Customer Success Manager in our Aviation business to ensure customers maximise value from our data and analytics solutions throughout their lifecycle.
You will onboard and guide customers, build trusted relationships, and collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering to drive adoption, renewals and expansion. You will act as their trusted advisor, helping customers achieve business objectives, monitor success, and translate needs into product improvements.
