Responsibilities

• Attend appointments and complete service inspections.
• Provide on‑the‑spot repairs for breakdowns.
• Communicate effectively with customers, explaining diagnostics and solutions.
• Work independently or as part of a team, driving to various locations in all weather.
• Provide friendly, professional service as the face of the UK’s largest motoring organisation.

Qualifications

• NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent.
• Full Category B driving licence with 6 points or less.
• Flexibility to work a range of hours, including evenings.
• Desire to learn and apply technical knowledge to solve vehicle issues.
