We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bakery General Manager to join an established bakery business across sites in Central London.This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on and commercially minded manager to join a growing bakery brand with an excellent reputation across London. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day running of one of the business’s busy London sites, ensuring exceptional customer service, smooth operations, and consistently high standards within a fast-paced environment.The role could be based across locations including Covent Garden or the Bond Street area.The role will involve managing daily operations, stock control, ordering, compliance, labour management, team development, and overall site performance, while supporting the continued growth and success of the business.

The PersonThe ideal Bakery General Manager will have the following:Food Hygiene Level 2 or 3Minimum of 1 year’s experience within a commercial kitchen or bakery environmentPrevious leadership or management experienceStrong organisational and operational skills including stock control, ordering, audits, and complianceHands-on leadership style with experience in team training, rota planning, recruitment, and performance managementGenuine passion for food, customer service, and building high-performing teamsBakery experience and exposure to P&L management would be advantageousIf you are an experienced manager looking to join an exciting and growing bakery business in Central London, apply today!…
