Responsibilities

• The team is a highly rated planning group receiving numerous client referrals.
• Deal with a varied caseload of planning related matters including advising clients within the private and public sectors.
• Cover the full range of planning work: strategic planning advice, planning applications / agreements and obligations, appeals/inquiries and enforcement.

Candidate

• Up to 6 years of PQE in planning law, gained within a reputable practice with strong planning offerings.
• Confident and detail‑focused, with excellent commercial acumen and strong communication skills, including drafting ability.
• Eager to develop a career in planning law and handle high quality work for an impressive client list.
