Senior Associate – Court of Protection

Are you an experienced Court of Protection lawyer looking to step into a senior role where you can make a real difference?
At Higgs, we are growing our Court of Protection team and are looking for a Senior Associate to lead on complex, meaningful work supporting vulnerable clients and their families.
The Role
You’ll manage a varied caseload including:
- Property & financial affairs and (where relevant) health & welfare matters
- Deputyship applications, contested matters, and statutory wills
- Ongoing administration of deputyships and reporting
You’ll work closely with deputies, attorneys, trustees, and families, providing clear, compassionate advice.
What You’ll Also Do
- Build strong relationships with clients and professionals
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Contribute to business development and team growth
- Deliver excellent client care and uphold compliance standards
What We are Looking For
- Strong Court of Protection experience
- Commercial awareness and proactive mindset
- A collaborative approach with excellent client relationship skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality, empathetic legal services
